Meet Our Staff

Brian McNerneyPresident/CEO

Brian was born and raised in the New York City Area. He graduated from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pa. with a BA in Economics. Brian and his wife Carol Ann relocated to San Dimas in 1978. He spent over 30 years in the office equipment industry working as an Area Sales Rep for a German Company, Olympia USA, which was owned by Mercedes Benz. He was made Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Olympia and was asked to relocate back to New Jersey from Southern California. After 18 years with Olympia he decided to leave and stay in the Los Angeles area.

He then became National Sales Manager for Silver Reed, a consumer electronics company out of Torrance, Ca. and then worked six years for Standard Duplicators out of Andover, Mass. He was the Western Regional Manager covering from Chicago back West and had five sales reps reporting to him.

Brian left the office equipment industry and became the Branch Manager for Lomac Information Systems. This organization is in the building industry and concentrated on the home automation area of the home which included structured wiring and home theater products. Lomac was on the cutting edge of “SMART HOUSE” technology. He ran the Palm Desert Showroom for two years but with the cost of gas and the drive everyday he decided to leave the company.

Brian was very active as an Ambassador in the San Dimas Chamber and when the chance came to join the La Verne Chamber he was very happy to accept the challenge. His philosophy is wrapped around the letter P. “PROPER PREPARATION PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE” He believes that PEOPLE, PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS LEAD TO PROFITS. He loves working with the Chamber members and enjoys seeing their businesses grow and PROSPER.

Annette LeonardOffice Administrator

Annette has lived in San Dimas for 20 years. She worked for the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce for 9 years and has now been at La Verne Chamber for almost 2 years. Annette has 2 children, Jason 26 and Amanda 24, both living in San Dimas. In her spare time Annette works for Linco Custom Pictuure Framing, and Corucopia Foods selling beer at the NHRA races and the LA County Fair.
